Morningside Market Chef Demos



The first chef demo of the year at the Morningside Farmers' Market is going to be with Ron, Saturday, April 3rd at 9:30 a.m. He will be preparing a dish with organic beets from Crystal Organics. A tasting will follow. Every Saturday a different local chef will be cooking on Rosebud's patio, so if you can't come this Saturday, there are plenty of opportunities!

Mariani writes for numerous publications, inlcuding Esquire Magazine and Wine Spectator. He ended his review by saying, "Perhaps this patch of real estate is charmed at last!"

Rosebud is participating in the 2010 High Wine Auction Dine Around Dinners! On Thursday, March 25th, get to know your fellow art enthusiasts and enjoy a delectable four course menu paired with fantastic Stuhlmuller wines from California. Twenty percent of sales will be donated to the Atlanta's High Museum of Art! This menu is $90 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Low Country Oyster Roast on March 20th!


On Saturday, March 20th join us for a taste of Ron’s years spent in the low country cooking with an authentic oyster roast on our patio! We will be spending the better part of the late afternoon and all night shucking oysters, pouring cold beer and listening to live tunes. The fun starts at 4 p.m. and the cost is $25 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
