On Sunday, October 17th we hosted the first of a quarterly dinner series called Slowbud. A portion of the sales for the night are donated to
Slow Food Atlanta. The weather was perfect and everyone got to share eight dishes of fresh, local food!
Jeff made a cocktail that paired perfectly with the lovely fall weather - brandy, pear brandy, local apple cider, sorghum & ginger soda, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Marinated Local Radishes
Housecured Tuna, Local Peppers, White Beans, Heirloom Tomato Vinaigrette
Rosebud Mozzarella - Local Sungold Tomatoes, Lemon, Garlic & Fresh Anchovy
